When you submit your scores for a round, these get immediately sent to the Golf Australia database and will appear listed in your Score History in MiScore. Your Score History might take a while to get updated with new rounds under special circumstances such as poor network signal. If you are missing recent rounds in your History, just press the “Sync” button located on the top of the list to retrieve recent or all rounds and update your History list.

We calculate round duration depending on the type of round.
For competitions, we use your booked tee time as your start time, whereas for social rounds, the round starts from the moment you press “start scoring”. The end time always corresponds to the moment you submit your scores and finish any kind of round in the app.

For your social rounds, we do recommend to start scoring with MiScore as soon as you arrive to your first hole and are ready to go. If you decide to open the app and start the social scoring session earlier even when you are not in the course yet, or later when you are already mid-course, your social round time will be impacted accordingly.

The stats tracking feature can be enabled or disabled to suit your playing preferences.
If you are not interested in tracking and recording any stats, navigate to Settings > Putts and Stats Settings and disable 'Track Stats". You can always enable this feature again later.

You can record your stats both while you are playing and after finishing the round, or just after. Select which method is most convenient for you on the app Settings. By default, when you activate tracking stats, you’ll be able to record them while scoring during your round too.
If you prefer to record your stats after finishing a round only, navigate to Settings > Putts & Stats Settings and disable the option “Track stats during round”.

To edit or fill in your stats after a round, select the desired round in your Score History to view its details. Then tap on the “Stats” section to reveal the round stats and press the “Add/Edit Stats” button. After you finish editing your stats, save the changes in your round.

We offer a range of key statistics to record and track your performance such as approach shots, fairway hits, greens in regulation and penalty shots amongst others. You can customise your stats tracking experience by enabling/disabling each individual metric to your preferences. To manage the stats you wish to track, navigate to the app Settings > Track individual stats and activate or deactivate each metric in the list.

MiScore allows you to record wasted shots. As a rule of thumb, wasted shots are strokes added to a player's score that could have been avoided through better decision-making, improved technical skill, or proper course management. It’s then up to each golfer to consider what a "non-productive" shot or one that does not help in reaching the hole in fewer strokes is.

You can customise the look of your Dashboard in MiScore app by adding your preferred stats widgets. Stats widgets give you a useful snapshot of your current performance helping you to identify areas of improvement while tracking metrics through time.

To customise the stats widgets, navigate to your Dashboard and scroll all the way down to find the “Customise widgets” button. You can manage your widgets by selecting the ones you wish to display, and reorder them just by tapping and dragging them to the desired position.

You can definitely opt to not record your performance stats for your rounds.
For first-time app users, we recommend to use our "Quick Setup" wizard to help you decide how you wish to use MiScore by choosing to not record stats.
You can also enable or disable all the stats recording options through the app Settings at any time. Navigate to Settings section and select "Putts & Stats Settings" to manage all available options. When any of the putts or stats settings are turned off, these won't appear while scoring your round or within the reound details in your Score History.
